We also have a Venue Services Division, Melville Middle East Exhibition Services delivering Venue Services to the new state of the art Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in Abu Dhabi UAE.

We have over 30 years’ experience in delivering efficient, effective venue services, supporting some of the most technically complex shows in the UK and overseas. Our services include:

Our services include providing temporary electrical mains installations and temporary mechanical and piped services to exhibitions, events and conferences. In addition exhibition hall marking out services are provided at ExCeL, London and ADNEC for Event Organisers.

Melville also supply a comprehensive primary rigging service to ExCeL, London and ADNEC in Abu Dhabi.

This includes primary rigging points for the attachment of truss for overhead lighting systems, drop-wires for banners and the hire and installation of drapes.
Secondary rigging is also an option we offer for exhibitors, exhibition contractors or design houses for the hire of truss and motors. A rigging design service is also available where required to assist with the design of exhibition stands or events.

To ensure we provide the best possible service, on an international scale, we have offices located within all of the venues we service thus allowing on-site support to all clients wherever and whenever needed. Within each of our venue locations, we have a wealth of experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand to deliver to our client’s and all have a firm understanding of exhibition, events and conferences needed to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of each service.

A Consultancy service is also offered to venues, however large or small to identify and specify a methodology of the delivery of services along with an equipment specification if necessary. We have recently provided consultancy services to the Cairo CityStars project in Cairo, Egypt in 2008.
