Managing the technical set-up of our event is a huge task and we believe it would be impossible without the expertise and professional dedication of the Melville team.

With its extensive pre-event planning, and the need for communication with exhibitors and their technical staff, our event is a real challenge. But Melville does an exceptional job of bringing all these aspects together, managing the various Belgian sub-contractors and servicing exhibitors of all nationalities on site.

Decorex International, 23rd – 26th September 2007, Royal Hospital, Chelsea

The build was completed on time and exhibitors – a discerning group which includes many designers – were delighted with the shell scheme and service received from Melville.

Decorex International 2007 was the 30th edition of the exhibition with many exhibitors and visitors commenting that it was the best looking show in a long time. The Melville standfitting team most certainly contributed to that.

Spring Fair Birmingham, 3rd – 7th February 2008, NEC, Birmingham

Supplying floorcoverings to a show on the scale of the Spring Fair is an awesome task. Melville are superbly placed to take on a project of this size. Their thorough pre-show planning and scheduling ensure stands are supplied and laid in time during build up – and they make sure the gangways are finished in plenty of time before the show opens.

Each year Melville supply and lay over 110,000 sq metres of carpeting. And, as this year’s carpet is 100% recyclable, we’re delighted that Melville are also supporting the event’s sustainability.

Food Ingredients Europe, 30th October – 1st November 2007, ExCeL, London

Once again the Melville team delivered a terrific level of service to FIE 2007. The show had its challenges but Melville’s approach from the outset was second to none. They skilfully handled a large number of overseas exhibitors, delivered an exceptional quality of shell scheme in volume and created fantastic international pavilions.

Throughout the event they took a proactive, value-added approach – I know the exhibitors felt the benefit. Overall we were delighted with the results of FIE 2007 and we look forward to working with Melville again in the near future.
